Additional facilities
St Mary's does not have its own church hall but enjoys the regular use of the local authority owned Sheet Village Hall, some 80 yards from the church, as both meeting place and activity centre. After Church coffee is served here after the 10:00 am Services and it is a popular venue for the smaller (up to 90 people) Social Events.
Sheet Vicarage is situated about a quarter of a mile from the church and is fairly central to the parish as a whole. Originally built in 1938 as a private residence, it is a pleasant four-bedroomed house, with a large entrance hall, study, kitchen, cloak room, utility room, and a large lounge dining room with folded wooden dividers. The property is centrally heated and there is an open fire in the lounge. There is a single detached garage, ample parking space in the drive, and a good sized, but easily maintained, secluded garden.
The Parish Office is adjacent to the Vicarage, an excellent conversion of the previous Vicarage double garage by one of the members of the church choir.
For Social Events requiring a capacity of more that the 90 people allowed in Sheet Village Hall, the church hires the Petersfield Community Centre which is at the bottom of Ramshill, just outside the Parish boundaries.
